SUMMARY:Generational Wellness Carnival
DESCRIPTION:This holistic wellness experience that celebrates and educates on the synergy of physical\, emotional\, and social health\, with a particular emphasis on multi-generational wellness education. \nThe FREE carnival will feature Tai Chi\, Yoga\, and Pilates\, complemented by enlightening panel discussions with practitioners in various wellness fields. These sessions provide a hands-on\, experiential understanding of the practices and their benefits to holistic health. \nPlus\, an educational component with wellness training for ‘Golden Ticket’ winners in Mental Health\, First Aid\, QPR Suicide Prevention\, and Emotional Intelligence. \nThere will be an interactive coloring station\, a sound healing station\, art classes\, and other therapeutic alternative approaches to emotional wellness.
