DESCRIPTION:Meet at 11th Ave (67th-71st) Metrol Bike Trail \nRestorative Activities \n\nCommunity Clean Up\nGardening Projects\nMural Restoration\nCease Fire BBQ\nPeace & Unity\n\nThis project will provide direct public benefit through environmental cleanup\, flower planting and beautification and violence prevention\, and access to housing and supportive services. The initiative will serve residents across CD10 and CD8\, with a primary hub at 6802 11th Ave and cleanup efforts along the bike trail at 67th St & 11th Ave. \nWe are honored to work in collaboration with local churches\, Ceasefire LA\, Home Depot Foundation\, LA Clipper’s\, Clean LA partners\, and educational and civic partners to uplift and restore this community. \nFrom Wise Up Ministries: We are grateful for the confirmed in-kind contribution of $4\,541 in store credit from Home Depot\, which will supply essential materials. We respectfully request $4\,000 in reimbursement funding from the Neighborhood Improvement Councils to cover critical expenses not supported by the donation\, including labor\, sanitation\, infrastructure\, and community support services.
