$Join the public hearing on alternatives to traffic enforcement We’ve seen the data showing that when drivers get pulled over for minor infractions, it does not lead to safer neighborhoods. We also know that many of the drivers getting pulled over pretextually (stop and frisk in a car) are Black and Brown residents in LA.
