Neighborhood Construction Update – September 30, 2019
We have a few updates for activities occurring over the coming weeks. The updates are as follows:
We thank you for your continued patience during the construction of our affordable 70 unit senior development The Curve @ West Angeles. We are happy to announce that we will begin moving residents into their brand new apartments within the next couple of weeks.
As we transition into our leasing phase, our contract with the Grounds Person will conclude Monday, September 30, 2019. We appreciate working collaboratively with LADOT, Park Mesa Heights Community Council and CD8 to ensure a safe and clean environment throughout the completion of our project,
Please note that we are continuing to accept applications for our Studio and One Bedroom apartments for The Curve @ West Angeles waiting list. Applicants must be 62 or better to meet the age qualification. Applicants may pick up and complete their application at the temporary leasing office located at 5424 Crenshaw Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90043 Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Please contact the office directly at 323-741-5236.
