The Office of Public Accountability Ratepayer Advocate Listening Sessions
The Office of Public Accountability (OPA) / Ratepayer Advocate is an independent office that seeks to improve the performance of LADWP on behalf of ratepayers. The OPA will be hosting upcoming community meetings led by Tim O’Connor, the City’s Ratepayer Advocate. These listening sessions are intended to raise awareness about OPA’s role in ensuring fair and equitable LADWP rates, as well as available discount and assistance programs for customers.
To make these meetings open and accessible to all, bilingual materials in Spanish and live translation will be provided. Community members may RSVP using the online registration forms available in both English and Spanish. For those unable to attend in person, surveys will also be available to allow for broader participation.
