City Planning 101

The Department of City Planning and the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment will be hosting a Planning 101 Training in the Los Angeles Harbor Area. Planning 101 Training is intended to provide an overview of the basic elements of planning, land use and zoning, with a focus on the project planning process. If you are new to the planning process or would like a refresher course, please join us at the Harbor Area training.
