Board Meeting

Join us for our Park Mesa Heights Board Meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 6pm at the PMHCC offices, 3321 W. 54th Street.

On our agenda:

1. Review of the PMHCC Bylaws, to include Roles and Responsibilities of Board members; clearly define “Quarterly Reports”, when they are due, how to create and maintain a Stakeholders’ Issue/Resolution list and review of PMHCC Committee/Liaison assignments.
2. Selection of PMHCC “Agenda Posting” Locations; where in accordance to the “Brown Act” can PMHCC post all Agendas and to move PMHCC Board meeting back to Tuesday nights’, starting April 2020.
3. The creation of the PMHCC “2020 Vision” Strategic Plan that address issues and concerns taken from the General meeting of Jan. 2020.
