1:00-3:00 p.m. on the campus of
California State University, Dominguez Hills, 1000 E. Victoria Street, Carson, California, in the Loker Student Union (Ballroom B) for a panel discussion on how African Americans navigate the future of social, economic and political life in the County of Los Angeles, where black population is in decline. Come out and hear educational, civil rights and thought leaders analyze this dilemma.
