Board Meeting: Councilmember Harris-Dawson

Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson will be our guest speaker at our Park Mesa Heights Community Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 17, 6pm at the Hyde Park Miriam Mathews Library, 2205 W. Florence Ave. He will be bringing an update on these issues:
- Business Development/Community Revitalization along the Crenshaw/LAX Rail and Slauson Corridor, with introduction of Florence Program Project.
- Health and Safety – City and Community Services’ collaboration for PMHC Wellness.
- Community Schools/Education – Address issues of PMHC Schools, promote and implement a Community Schools Model.
- Non-Profit/Faith Based Alliance – Assessment, Evaluation, and implementation of Park Mesa Heights Communities, Nonprofit agencies’ services.
