The project involves the sale and dispensing of beer and wine for on-site consumption and the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed 4,843 square-foot restaurant (Jon & Vinny’s Slauson) with 43 indoor seats and a 330 square-foot covered outdoor patio on-site with 26 outdoor seats. The proposed hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., daily.
