Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on LA County’s Westside Area Plan (WSAP) which includes the communities of Ladera Heights, View Park – Windsor Hills, Franklin Canyon, West LA Sawtelle VA, West Fox Hills, Marina del Rey, and Gilmore Island.
