PMHCC Advocates for Community re: Treehouse Project
Treehouse has proposed to build a 101-unit complex at 4421 S. Crenshaw Boulevard, with 15 affordable units, and 12 reserved for extremely low income households. Our concerns include the size of the project, the composition of the project being focused on studios, rather than family sized residences, parking, the look of the project being in character with the community and impact to the surrounding community among other issues.
Malfunctioning Metro Cameras?

We Want You!
Park Mesa Heights invites you to join us! We need help on our Outreach and Planning and Land Use Committees, where we have open seats for stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to get involved and make a difference without the commitment of being a Board Member.
