Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Update – LADOT has released its report for the City’s speed safety camera program authorized under AB 645. Twelve street segments in Council District 8 have been selected for potential camera installation using state criteria, including crash data, roadway design, and school proximity. The nearest ones to Park Mesa Heights are:
- Florence & 3rd Ave
- Western & 53rd St.
- Gage & Normandie
A 30-day public comment period opened February 11, 2026, and we encourage residents to review the report and share feedback.
