Budget Advocates Issue Budget Recommendations
This year they call into question the budget deficit attributed to salary increases emanating from labor agreements negotiated behind closed doors and not planned for in the adopted budget. There will be a resulting decrease in level of services to Angelenos. Changes are needed to increase transparency in the budget process.
