This bill along with Measure JJJ and Transit Oriented Community (TOC) etc. is the reason we now see mass construction of "mix-use units" apartments throughout the City.

Crenshaw Crossing now includes a larger number of affordable housing units at a wide range of affordability levels and more community-serving retail tenants that will include a full-service grocery store.
