Crenshaw Blvd. will be closed between 46th Street to Leimert Blvd. Southbound; Note: Leimert Blvd. Northbound will remain open with one lane available for diverted traffic, June 28 to August 20, 2021, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the Baldwin Hills Mall has been sold to New York developers. The current owners had been criticized for not using part of the mall for housing which had been approved by the city with the previous owners. The future owners, LIVWRK planned to consult the community prior to creating any plans.
SB 1120 almost passed the California Legislature and would have allowed duplexes on single family home lots, effectively changing the character of our community.
